Eligibility: The Platform is intended solely for use by married couples who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are married and at least 18 years of age.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Changes to These Terms: We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through the Platform, or updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
